The Chair’s Dinner is the DEC’s annual fundraiser, hosted every summer by the DEC’s Board Chair. The evening’s festivities include a reception, dinner, and silent auction. This fundraiser is always a lively night enjoyed by all.

The Young Leader Conference is a professional development opportunity uniquely designed by Young Leaders (YLs) for an audience of YL members (under 40 years of age). Attendees experience powerful keynotes, impactful breakout sessions and networking with other YLs.
