Chief Energy Officer – the #newCEO
As a leader, what’s the MOST important asset you bring into any room and every conversation? Your Leadership Energy!
The role of the #newCEO has changed. It’s less about being an executive and more about serving as your organization’s Chief Energy Officer. In this meetup, we’ll talk about leadership energy and why it’s the secret sauce for success in high-performing organizations.
Because when we bring the right type of energy into the room, we elevate our organization’s mission and performance. And the best part? You don’t have to be in the “C-Suite” to be an organization’s Chief Energy Officer!
One way we can elevate our leadership energy is through masterminding. A mastermind activity is a way we can succeed and reach the next level of performance together. After the fireside chat, a group activity will help you laser-focus on your goals and set forth plans of action.
