ABOUT THIS MEETING
As major cities like Detroit seek to mitigate losses and return with a pattern of growth, the importance of mixed-use developments is at the forefront of revival to ensure a city can attract businesses and employees. Therefore, it is critical to apply thoughtful urban design practices to these developments and encourage company engagement within the city as a way to redefine working downtown.
In this new late-afternoon town-hall format, DEC members will hear from our experts and participate with live audience questions. After the program, enjoy networking with beverages and appetizers at the beautiful Marygrove Conservancy.
Today’s workforce and workplace has undergone massive upheaval. The DEC in partnership with Detroit Public TV presents a Future of Work Series that will examine the multi-faceted trends and issues every company faces.
