Phil Fritts leads WTW’s Employee Experience line of business in Michigan, Ohio and Pittsburgh. In this role, Phil’s focus is on helping employers understand the needs of their workforce and improve the employee experience through change leadership, communication and engagement strategies and solutions. Over his 25-year career in consulting and corporate roles, Phil has developed and implemented high-impact strategies to achieve better people and business outcomes. He has advised clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, health care and transportation.

Pam Rollins is the Head of Corporate Communication at Willis Towers Watson.
In her role, she is responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility, Internal Communication and Change Management, Knowledge Management and Public Relations.
Previously, Pam co-led a combined Marketing and Communication function with Katherine Gehman; served as Head of Internal Communication and Change Management; co-led the communication and change management efforts associated with the Towers Watson and Willis Towers Watson mergers; and held various leadership roles in the communication and change management consulting business.
Pam started her career at Hewitt Associates in 1997 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Michigan. She’s been with Willis Towers Watson and its predecessor companies for 23 years.
